Engagement timelines are fixed: the Procurement Optimisation Review takes three weeks, the Change Management Support Program runs for six weeks, and the Strategic Business Plan Development spans ten weeks. Timelines begin once we have received the information needed to start, and are structured to allow your team to manage their input around day-to-day responsibilities.

Our engagements are well-suited to small and mid-sized companies — generally those with between 10 and 500 employees. Larger organisations with significant internal consulting resources may find our scope too focused, while very early-stage businesses may not yet have the structures that make our reviews meaningful. If you are unsure whether your company fits, a short conversation will clarify this quickly.

Our work applies across industries — manufacturing, professional services, retail, healthcare, education, and property development are among those we have supported. The Procurement and Business Plan engagements adapt well to most sectors. Change management work is particularly relevant to companies undergoing digitalisation or organisational restructuring, which is broad by nature.

After an initial consultation call, we confirm scope and sign a simple engagement agreement along with a non-disclosure agreement. We then schedule a structured discovery session with relevant members of your team. Work proceeds during the engagement period, with a mid-point check-in and a final presentation of findings and deliverables. You retain all documents produced.

Fees are fixed at the time of agreement and do not change based on time spent. The price you see is the price you pay. If a project grows meaningfully beyond the original scope — which we would discuss with you openly — a separate agreement would be required before any additional work begins.

We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any information is shared. Documents and data provided by your company are used solely for the purpose of the engagement and are not shared or referenced outside it. After an engagement concludes, your materials are archived securely and not used for other purposes.

The three engagements are designed with defined scope to keep timelines and fees predictable. That said, if your situation is different from what we describe, we are willing to discuss whether a modified approach makes sense. Some clients require a narrower focus within an engagement — for example, concentrating the business plan on a specific new market rather than the full company. We can explore this during the initial consultation.

All deliverables are handed over at the conclusion of the engagement. We include a brief Q&A session so your team can ask questions about the recommendations. Implementation is your team's responsibility, though many clients return for a follow-on engagement once they have had time to act on the first. We remain available for short clarification questions for 30 days after handover at no additional cost.
